What is the process for receiving the Wondermed Kit?

Providers prescribing through Wondermed will submit the medication prescription to our licensed 503a compounding pharmacy to be processed, filled, and shipped. The pharmacy typically ships the medicine 2-4 business days after receiving the prescription order. Shipments are sent out Monday to Friday through UPS.

Overall, the Wondermed Kit can be expected to be received by mail within 7 business days of the clinician consultation.

The tracking details and number will be sent to the patient via email and SMS shortly after shipment processing. 

Patients are not mandated to provide a signature upon delivery, though it is an available option. It is advisable to monitor the package's tracking via UPS and retrieve it promptly to circumvent the lozenges from melting. The medication is dispatched with an ice pack to maintain its quality. Should there be any concerns or issues with your prescription, please forward photographs to wondermate@wonderclinics.com, and the issue will be addressed promptly.

IMPORTANT: Wondermed will NOT ship prescriptions to PO boxes. A residential shipping address will be required for all medication orders.
