Wondermed Program Wind-Down: What This Means and What Comes Next

Wondermed is winding down our at-home ketamine treatment platform to focus on the next chapter of our work: developing FDA-cleared AI tools for mental health, and researching psychedelic medicine protocols through the FDA approval pathway. This decision builds on everything we have learned alongside our patients and prescribing partners over the past few years.

We wanted to give you a single reference point for what this means and what comes next.

Key dates

• New prescriptions through the Wondermed platform ended on June 30, 2026.
• Your patient dashboard remains accessible for resources and records through September 30, 2026.
• After September 30, 2026, the Wondermed patient portal will be fully decommissioned.

What this means for your care

Your clinical care and any continuation of ketamine treatment are the responsibility of your prescribing partner, not Wondermed. Each of our prescribing partners is deciding independently whether to continue offering ketamine treatment outside of Wondermed. Some are continuing through their own practices. Others are winding down alongside us. Your prescribing partner is the right source of information on their specific plans.
